The LIFEPAK 11 Diagnostic Cardiac Monitor uses a Dallas/Maxim DS1216D SmartWatch RAM socket to maintain NVRAM data and act as a system clock and calendar. As LP11s age these chips will fail, but can be easily replaced with new old stock ICs.
